I had an issue with my laptop screen, it wouldn’t turn on and I kept seeing blinking lights. I was going to send it to Dell but saw horror stories about them so I looked for someone local. Luckily I found Dave. Fixed my laptop in about 2-3 days, great communication and a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or use him again. Thanks Dave!

Extremely professional and fast service appointment. Older Dell XPS experiencing very slow start up and spotty performance. The team at Dave's diagnosed the issue as a hard drive failure and replaced my hard drive with a new SSD drive. Better yet....they cloned the new drive with my programs and data so that nothing had to be reinstalled.

Very reasonable service visit.

I consider myself a bit above average in fixing, maintaining, & networking computers, but when I get in over my head I immediately go to Dave.
I recently lost access to my 4-bay Synology Diskstation network drive that has a ton of music, photos, and construction drawings. I contacted Dave and he remoted into my computer and got me back in communication with the NAS Drive.....and he mapped it out so I can access it thru windows explorer. There were multiple versions of multiple files and apps that needed to be downloaded and installed. Dave stayed with it for a full 3 hours, and now I'm back and happy.
Thanks, Dave, for the great response and service. No doubt I'll need your help again sometime in the future.

My computer stopped turning on completely last week. Brought it here to see what the issue was. Turned out my motherboard was completely dead. Got a great deal on a refurbished laptop and switched everything over. It’s great! Everything is the way it was I am so happy with it all. And the guy working there was very kind and worked fast.

My work PC crashed, I did not have my business files backed up, (I know, never making that mistake ever again!).

Dave recovered all my company documents, and files before carrying out the repair, I was more worried about my company and clients information than the PC itself!

Dave diagnosed the issue, safely recovered my company files and even repaired the computer, I was so relieved! It was ready in under 48 hour which is super quick compared to the last place which took weeks to get my computer back from!

Pros: They quickly and professionally replaced the battery on my lg gram

Cons: They asked for a $75 diagnostic deposit, which is fine. I was told that this would be subtracted from the repair cost if I decided to go ahead and have them repair it. After a few days, I got a text quoting $125 for parts, and $50 for labor. I accepted, and when I went to pick it up, my total was $175 + tax. Turns out the $50 quote for labor was actually $125 and they had already subtracted the deposit in their quote. This is (in my opinion) rather dishonest business practice. I will not be using them again and will find another repair service in the future.
