You can lose all your money in the prepaid card issued by this company. It has zero security control and compliance in place. If you have a prepaid card with them, they will let anyone to steal money from the card without doing anything for its customers. Don't expect any dispute or investigation as it is not existing. At end of the day, you will have to absorb the loss by yourself and this is the ONLY company that will host unauthorized withdrawals. It is thieves' preferred target for crime.

worst company I dealt with my entire 43 years of life. Takes over a hour to get ahold of the Philippines call center who know absolutely nothing and never can help you. Their back office is closed on weekends so if your card has a issue your screwd til monday.Mh card got a fraud hold for a retailer refunding me money. .This company is a joke If you were smart never

WORST company I have ever dealt with. Cannot higher your transfer limit. Costumer service tells you your transfer has gone though but it doesn't. Called the company Friday @ 1300, recording said it was after hours.... AFTER HOURS @ 1300 on most peoples pay day.. CANCELLING my account, they're probably going to charge me a ridiculous cancellation fee, and going to tell my company to cancel our account with them...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
