Kenneth did the best he can, but unfortunately I am still having issue with the machine. At the washing cycle, the machine keeps filling up with water and makes a lot of noise. But the machine doesn't go into washing. I have to cancel the load to get rid of the water.

Thoughtful all around. Initial appointment was a 12-3 window on Friday. Driver had emergency so the office called me at 12.01 to inform me and reschedule for the 8-12 window on Monday.

John was here promptly at 8 and not only fixed the problem but talked me through the appliance so I could learn why there was a problem and how he found the solution. Every part of the process was a great experience for me.

Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars. This people can not complete very simple warranty service call on KitchenAid dishwasher - adjustable middle rack not working properly. One of the red bottoms that allows to adjust the rack does not spring back.

Now the professional company ask the customers if they want there dishwasher fixed - this is real real professionalism.

I want you to read the detailed information in service ticket - if you don’t have - you can check it in the picture I just added.

Is there an option for No Stars? I received an estimate in December. Because the repair work was expensive and it was the holiday, I pushed it off. I reached out in March (twice) and received no response. Reached out today and was told the estimate, that cost me over $140 was only good for 30 days. The original estimate does not state this policy. The original email does not state that the estimate is only good for 30 days.
Now I am asked to pay the $144 again.
I wonder if I paid for another service call if BOTH payments would be applied to the repair work
This company gets their business from major appliance companies referrals. They clearly don’t want or need my business.

We were very happy with both service appointments. They told me about the 10 yr warranty that came with my Kitchen aide regular warranty so I didn't have to pay the service calls. They can fast and and handled the warranty call. We definitely recommend DanMarc.

So the Technician, Phillip, came early for the service call and he waited for the appointed time to call on us. He was Extremely polite and humble. He did a thorough job checking out the freezer and doing his service. I highly recommend this company and especially Phillip, the technician.
