Signed up for a course that was to take place on a Monday. As it gets closer, I have not received any additional info, or anything in my portal, so I have the feeling it may be cancelled and want someone to confirm. I start reaching out to the email and phone provided on the confirm email and online. No response to the email (sent Thurs AM), and a man answers the phone (turns out to be his cell) confused as to why I’m calling his number and says someone from the office will get back to me. I email a general customer support email I find online. Finally the general manager texts me and says she’s available for a call in a few hours (this is already Friday at 4pm). I respond and ask for a yes or no on whether the class is happening (this is now the fifth time I’ve asked for a simple yes or no), and at 8pm on Friday night before the class begins on Monday morning I finally get a long text from her that it is cancelled and someone was supposed to call me 5 days ago.

I would not take any personal or business training from a franchise that can’t even run their own business.
