Waited in the drive thru went in not one soul said a word can I help you nothing. 5 people at the counter no one has talked to yet. I asked Back in the drive through for 46 mins and got behind car number two from the first round !! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever got ! I’ll be switching pharmacies tomorrow ! End 64 mins still haven’t moved ! Nearly 7 pm got off work at 5:30 and came straight to cvs I live 15 mins away !!! Ridiculous !

My husband just started a new job so our insurance hasn’t kicked in yet so we was worried that my husband’s medicine was going to be expensive but the lady whose name was Donna made sure to check all options to give us an affordable price. We so appreciated her kindness and all her help.

It’s a mess, the pharmacist are typically great. It really just comes down to they’re worked to death and some of the people that work the drive through are absolutely rude for no reason out the gate . I go out of my way to not be rude ever and still get it for no reason . I’m not fragile it’s all good but between having to make four or five calls to get one thing straight and then being treated ugly I’ve moved on after 20 years of using them . It’s only one or two that are rude the rest do all they can . The issues with getting things straight are simply being worked to death issues .

The female pharmacist here is as unhelpful as she possibly can be. She speaks down to customers as if trying to belittle them. I moved RX's here and all were due the same day every month. Within 3 months of being with CVS, my RX's are now spread across the whole month and she says the online "ScriptSync" service does not work the way the website says it does and refused to make the changes I requested then said I'd have to call in EVERY month and request my RX's be partially filled to have them on the same day. She was rude and disrespectful throughout the entire 16 minute phone call and said she knows best because she has worked for CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart pharmacies. Sounds to me like she's a know-it-all who really knows very little.

Pick up my prescriptions and found the have prescribed miralax. Which CVS was changing $30. Tried to go back in and return it in the unopened box. They said once you leave the store, they won't take it back! Will never use them again!!!!!!!

Today I called and ask if they would please pull ear drops from the shelf for my 95 year old father, who lives at Savannah Terrace and someone would pick up. They have a credit card on file. I was told that since it wasn't a prescription that she couldn't do so. I ask to speak with the pharmacist, but was told he couldn't help me either. I cannot accept this type of service.
