I have had the pleasure of working with Caitlin Cook at Cullen & Company, CPAs for several years. Caitlin is exceptional with the work that she does. She is very helpful, professional, answers all of my questions and gets back to me in a timely fashion when I am aware that tax season is extremely busy and I do not have the right to ask for any special treatment but that is the thing...I feel like I am being given VIP treatment because of the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that CAITLIN COOK provides. This reason alone is why I keep coming back to Cullen & Company, CPAs.

Disappointed! They took payment for a consultation in the summer of 2024 with Joe C which was very positive. I was told the payment would be credited toward filing my tax return. When I called and emailed in Jan 2025 to have my taxes done, I never heard back from Joe. Called again and receptionist said he would get back to me. No one ever did. Still waiting. Had to find another accountant.

If i could give no stars I would. They took my payment for 2022 but never submitted my tax returns for the year. They only then submitted when 2023 came up and tried to hide it. I was then charged with late fees and interest of over $3,000. They have not gotten back to me about repaying this. I have done business with them for almost 10 years now and my father has done business with them for almost 20 years. I need to be paid back for my fines.

He always answers his phone and when he’s not readily available his wonderful assistant Jenna is at the ready until John gets back to you.
