John Gatto is the worst. Constantly tries to change the contractual terms in an attempt to obtain free services. If not given his way, the contract (which he either doesn’t read or lacks the ability to comprehend) won’t matter - he will throw what can only be described as an adult tantrum threatening to leave poor reviews as if his opinion will actually matter to other clientele. His lack of professionalism is well known thoroughout the community so save yourself the headache steer clear of the nightmare that is doing business with John.
