The crestline cabin is a 1932 original! I spent 2 years refurbishing it! It has a shared driveway, construction next door and I had bad luck with TWO realtors trying to sell it 7 and 2 years ago!!!

This time I decided to go really close so Rosemarie’s office is just a short walk to my house. If you stand out in her parking lot, you can see my deck!

I actually interviewed a couple of different people But Rosemarie came right over with her Daughter-in-law ( I thought Was her granddaughter, she looks SO young)! She gave me advice on how much work to do before I listed it and having two agents is like having two heads instead of one!
One of them is always available if one is busy and A lot accomplished because my cabin is so old Not want to allow it to be rebuilt now nobody who’s not a local Mountain Realtor would know anything about that!
Rosemarie assured me that everything would be fine and that she would get a rebuild letter from the county of San Bernardino which she did so she seemingly did everything she could and my cabin actually closed just a couple of days later than I thought it would. It did take a couple weeks to get the letter mind you!
So if you want a realtor, who’s going to do more than just take your Listing and do Photos with their camera, you came to the right place because she hires a professional photographer who has a drone Aerial pictures of your house and the lake and the surrounding mountains and neighborhoods it’s just beautiful!
I have bought and sold over 30 houses with and without Realtors and I’ve had many more realtors and deals that never closed. This one is a true professional, and it shows and everything she does!
She’ll go in and do things for you if you’re not close by because I’m in another state Do anything I actually never returned to my property after we took pictures.

There are a lot of agents in town I suggest Their reviews because some of them should not be selling hotdogs let alone houses!

She didn’t argue with me on the price she didn’t argue with To do special showings when she was present for every showing she really Work with and down to earth doesn’t put on air Everyone because I saw her in the community for years!

I’ve had my cabin 10 years and it had And I loved it dearly, but it’s time to move on. She matter of fact Sold within 30 days!

And the first person who saw it took it!!!!!!

Mind you this is in March Still cold and we still had snow coming! So the new owner moved in already and End of May and can really enjoy long and beautiful summer up in the mountains.

Rosemarie is The Best her daughter-in-law Miranda is right there with her. These two are a real team!

Go on in and talk to them they And will give you all kinds of information They’re not rude and stuffy Welcoming, unlike other places in town where I did not feel welcome at all!
