Honestly, I really like this hardware store. Found what I needed plus, they sometimes have a cat roaming around, and they're really cute! I recommend this over any other hardware store
However, the service can be really rude to darker-colored individuals, but still has everything I need.

Bought a mitersaw online with a 15 minute pickup in store time.They are holding my product for 24hrs after they have received full payment. Trash customer service, everybody in store was rude.
If I could give 0 stars I would, do not recommend shopping here.

Not a very friendly staff. My five year old son and I walked in the door and received no greeting. I am a dark skinned individual. A lighter colored man immediately walked in behind us, and he received a loud, “Hello, how are you?” This is the second time I have been ignored in their establishment, while others are greeted and offered help. I’m very disappointed, as this is the closest hardware store to my home.

Friendly and helpful staff. The indoor staff knew where everything was in the store the out door staff loaded everything for me without me asking for help. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
