working with CCOA has been a pleasure. Their services were recommended to me at a very difficult time in my life and instead of bankruptcy, I have been able to get lower interest rates that allowed me to pay everything off without penalties or bad credit ratings. Today I have no unsecured debt and have more money coming in than going out with a good rating and a lot less pressure. CCOA is great!! My family fell into the credit card abyss, with little hope of getting out. We didn't want to file Bankruptcy because it was a debt that we did to ourselves. We got ourselves into it, we had to find a way out. CCOA is a life saver. We were able to make monthly payments to our creditors, when they lowered the interest, until balance paid. We paid off our debt in 4 years. I did lots of research on debt management companies and found a lot of scams. CCOA has an A rating with BBB, they are located in Arkansas, and they ALWAYS were there to answer my questions. If you are looking to get debt relief, then call CCOA. I even recommended them to my mom, and she has almost paid her debt!
