During 2020, I hired Cre8tive Devs Software to develop a website. After, the Agreement was signed I gave her my initial payment and then the second installment. Unfortunately, in 2021 became sick with COVID, so I asked her to put my project hold but before I was able to recover the company decided to terminate our agreement, without any real reason. I got a simple email from the company stating that they had decided to terminate our agreement, that I had a few days to copy their work off their platform “Tello” and that I should refer the agreement that we signed. I never fought back, I was weak, I had no energy, nor the resources. When I asked for a reimbursement, since the company never finished the website like it promised, Tangy Frederick became very sarcastic, aggressive, and told me to reread the agreement. Yes, I reread the agreement and it seems that agreement is silent about the company canceling their contractual agreement. Therefore, I believe that I am intitled to my money back, since whatever they claimed they had finished, it can’t be use by any other developer. When I was fully recovered, I engaged another website developer, and they confirmed that the website was never developed it was platform that was purchased.
Please be wary about hiring this Website Developer, I was cheated out of $9,375.00.
