This review is long overdue but worth taking the time to write. Conner and Matt S have consistently provided me with the epitome of customer service. They are both very knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. They are both great listeners and always provide just what is needed. I highly recommend you work and trust either of them with your Cox needs!

It took over an hour of "chatting" (actually texting) to resolve the following issue: My bank account is programed to send COX a physical payment each mounth. But, COX (without any particular notice) changed the address of where to send the payment. It was a simply question, "Where sould I send my physical payment?" At one point I was instructed to send payment to my home address.

What a waist of time. I had to wait for, and talk to ALL 3 representatives in this location since none of them seemed to know their own product very well. This is based on them handing me off since each could not answer different questions. I went in as an existing Cox customer to upgrade my cable service and get the new WiFi router.

When one of the representatives only wanted to show me how cool the voice activated content is, I repeatedly said I was not interested and she literally said "just let me do the demo".

The service here was just as horrible as the Cox service we get in our house. They were polite, just not helpful. The cable Monopoly is terrible for consumers. Don't waste your time here, find a better solution. Cox does not have any.

Called today, and Matt helped me out. He was super helpful, I told him I was hoping to get wifi before a trip out of state on Sunday (5 days away) and he hooked me up. Called me back in less than an hour and told me the modem was ready and walked me thru how to install it when I arrived. He made the process so smooth and so easy. On my way to pick up the modem, he called me to ensure that I had the right address, which he had given me the first time I spoke to him. I greatly appreciate his due diligence and the quick and easy process, and the run down on how to hook up the modem. I've heard not so great things about Cox but working with Matt definitely made all the negative things I've heard become so irrelevant. Thank you so much, Matt!! Also his male coworker was so welcoming when I walked in, it was great to walk into such a welcoming place, especially after a rough day at work. Thank you again!!

Great location! The people there are so awesome. James the manager, Conner, DV, and Matt gave great customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Truly disgusting people...they over charge their employees are super rude and even speaking to a supervisor keep interrupting. Terrible service keeps cutting of internet. Horrible!

Get more for your money and GO NOW somewhere else before you are Baited & Switched. Starts out $25 to $40 and after that $200 plus a month!, & yes that is only for their crappiest WIFI service that always never had enough data or speed!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received at this store...I usually dread dealing with cable/telecommunications reps, as I have not had good experiences with the products and people in the past. This time, Shane really helped me navigate through the process and I didn't feel like I signed up for anything I didn't need or want, I didn't feel hustled, and I didn't feel like I was just another face in the crowd. He was very knowledgeable and patient and I really appreciate the excellent customer service
