Unfortunately, I had a five star review when I first moved in, but I need to change it to one star I wish there was zero stars, but this community became disgusting no rules are enforced little children running around the streets sitting on peoples cars. The one good thing I could say about this community is Rob. The maintenance man is the best maintenance man. The main office is never open if they are open it’s 2 to 3 hours a day they close early, never answer emails. when they were first built, they were gorgeous now it’s like living in the ghetto. If you have other options, I would take them and run. There’s only one set of dumpsters for Lacey one and Lacey two so if you live in Lacey two, you have to have a truck or rent a truck to bring stuff down to the garbage now they’re building Lacey three I can’t even imagine what it will be like in here!!! Run as fast as you can it might be appealing for the price, but sometimes price is not worth peace of mind!!!! ITS A FREE FOR ALL NOW THIS COMMUNITY!!!!!

I believe Cornerstone at lacey 2 needs cross-walks painted on the ground. Also i think they should add a standing stop sign or yield sign in the middle of the intersection(s) like phase 1 has. Too many close calls with speeders in and out of here almost hitting me and my children and every one elses. There use to be stop signs over here but they were removed and never replaced and kinda forgotten about. Phase 2 is kind of ignored since it's farther away from the leasing office and u can't see us out the office windows. I'm tired of seeing kids and adults almost getting hit because of no signs or warnings to watch for pedestrians on this side. Just my opinion but if a kid gets hit, that won't look good for the company when there's no precautions taken. They are ok apartments for families, but the outside of the complex is kinda not taken care of well when it comes to safety and cleanliness. And IMO that one of the most important especially since most people here have little ones running around all day. Just my opinion ✌ thanks

I live here and it's absolutely amazing. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The staff in the leasing center are all very courteous and kind. If there is a problem with any maintenance issue they get to you within 24 hours, a very bad issue they would come right out to you. Every month they send out a community newsletter which really makes you feel your a part of a great community. I have been here 2 months and I can say I'm happier here then anywhere else I have lived. Kudos to a great team at Cornerstone at Lacey. Jennifer Ross ..

I have been in many of these apartments due to my work and I have to say they are well designed and spacious and they have a maintenance man named Mike who is always available and gets the job done quickly and he is very courteous and professional thanks Mike

So due to Covid the gym was closed which is understandable. Now we are told it’s open to 10pm but mine nor any of my neighbors keys work to open office door. We all called maintenance to see if they can open it but the line dosent work or says busy. Nieghasked office why this was happening was it due to the new keys but they were informed it’s open until 10

Cornerstone has been a big part of my life now for 1 1/2 years. It’s a fresh start from my old life. This is my first place with my daughter. Very good staff. They are always there to help with any situation.
