If you want to bust your ass and be treated like trash coorstek is for you. Want crap pay, no time off this job is for you. Coortek has the worse turn over rate. Why don't you stop giving half million dollar bonuses to some higher up that doesn't even need it and give it to the people that slave yes slave next to kiln's all day while you sit in your cool office dinking your stupid coffee saying yah I'm doing so much work but your not. Just a waste of air.
