I would give a zero rating but that's not and option.
We have have had service tickets from early 2023
For example Oct Nov Dec 2023
and Jan Feb and 2) for March 2024 that haven't been fixed or corrected.
They simply close out your ticket and call it done this has been an area wide issue for over a year . This is a common occurrence for this district
Absolutely the worst company i have ever used in 50 years for internet, telephone and horrible work ethics .

I swear this Internet is off every other day and when it goes out u might as well start doing research on how u can fix it because it takes weeks to get a technician to come fix it. I can't believe I'm paying $100 a month for slow Internet that is always offline.

Consolidated has the worst internet performance I've ever experienced my entire life I'm paying for 50 mbs and I'm getting about 27. The internet is very flaky it's in and out in and out all the time.

Moved into my house end of May. Had 2 intall appointments canceled and told the engineers have to finish an area but have no idea when that will be. Also told I cannot get DSL because fiber is available (which is a lie due to whatever the engineers are working on) not sure how you can deny a service amd say ots because the upgrade os available even though it's not. Thos company is only in business because there is no one else in this area

If I could give them negative stars I would. Ever time it rains internet drops. And multiple people have this issue. Also seems to be a huge communication gap between the local techs and ones you reach on the phone. Also for home use they suggest upgrading to the business line which is far more expensive why would I do that just to have internet not drop multiple times a day?
