CDS has been amazing to work with from the beginning. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the product and don't mind taking the time to make sure you understand what you get when you sign on with them. Jordan has made the process of switching to a new point of sale a lot less painful than we had anticipated.

CDS-Flight Deck is very user friendly and makes running a full inventory extremely simple and takes a lot of time off of our plate. It pulls product information from distribution and can auto order products to keep the shelves full. It comes pre filled with categories and departments that you can adjust as needed.

Overall we are very happy we decided to make the switch and cannot recommend CDS and the crew enough.

Recently had to move away from Quick books for our business, CDS has been an amazing company to move to. Upfront Pricing, no hidden fees, complete honesty out the gate about whether they would be a good fit for us. Jordan is always attentive, and doesn't get frustrated when we have a lot of questions, emails back quickly as well as being thorough with the walk throughs on how to use the website and utilize all its capabilities. Extremely helpful even when the questions seem silly. Jordan has helped in giving us tips and tricks on how to minimize steps in the process so that the system is streamlined and easy to use. Wish we had started with them 13 years ago when we started our business!

These guys are a joke. They won't allow you to install marketing tags, proper analytics, verify domain via meta tags, etc. The "hands off" approach by their "support" team (and I use that loosely) is a prime example of why companies like this one are going down the drain. With such poor support and lack of tech-savvy team members, it's super clear they've outsourced their development (website) work overseas. No thank you. We'll find a vendor that keeps jobs in America and employs knowledgeable staff to resolve problems instead of keeping a ticket in limbo for more than 3 weeks.

It is a love Hate program. Never trust the reports. Verify all sales. The program is improving. contact me if you would like more details. I gave them another star because they have been working on improving the program. They do give you a lot of value and features for a lower cost. The POS program is very easy to use and that is the reason I have not left.
