This space is really beautiful, yet feels organic and welcoming. I use this as my private office for my business, but it also has a beautiful event space you can use for mixers, receptions, showers, and other non-business gatherings. Lots of ample parking, and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

Confluence is more than a co-working space. They host a lot of business and networking events for the people who use it for business purposes, and have a great kitchen with a ton of amenities. I also think the pricing is affordable. I highly recommend Confluence for business and recreational space needs!

I was looking for a great space to host my Launch party for my Mobile Coffee and Cocktail bar. This place made it Happen! they have a large open space with ample seating for all your guests. They have great rental rates and are super friendly and respond to any questions very quickly. Tom and Kira are great! I highly recommend booking this space for your next event 20/10!!

Hosted a networking event with about 40 attendees. The space was perfect. They did an amazing job communicating every step of the way and everything was set up when I arrived. The AV is awesome and the weather was lovely so we were able to have the garage door open during the social part which created even more space. Every attendee was impressed with the venue and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a well organized, unique and locally owned event venue! It won't disappoint.

We held a neighborhood meeting in their main large space with the garage and it held roughly 80-100 people. The atmosphere and decoration is wonderful and price wise was pretty affordable!

Highly recommend venue to people.

We held my daughter's birthday party in the downstairs space and it was perfect. The tables were set up nicely and we were able to use the audio and projector easily. We would definitely recommend.

While I have a workspace at Confluence, I want to review how it's a great venue for events.

We recently held Reintegra's annual fundraising event in the warehouse pace of Confluence. This venue for our art, advocacy, and jazz evening was perfect. The space itself is lovely. The weather that evening was nice, so we had the garage door open which gives such an inviting feel. The string lights that are permanently hung in the warehouse add to this great atmosphere. It was a bonus to have a separate room (normally a conference room) for art that was for auction and a wine bar. We even used the phone booths to watch videos in private.

I have used a variety of venues through the years both for Reintegra and other events and I don't think I have ever worked with a venue management team that was as easy to work with as Kira and Tom. I highly recommend using this space for all your public events.

I work with a community that uses this space for a large community meeting. Kira is wonderful to work with; she responds quickly, communicates effectively, and made sure we had everything we needed for the event. The equipment was easy to use with multiple instructions and guides for everything. The space is large, clean, and they provide sound equipment, white board and markers, tables, chairs, etc. Love this space and appreciate the consistent kindness from the staff!
