Rarely seen customer service! John did a photo transfer for me from an ages old Apple laptop to a new MacBook Air. My new computer wasn’t cooperating! John didn’t quit until every last photo and video transferred. If you use this rare tech guy once you’ll keep him for life! Great skill, easy to work with and reasonably priced. Thanks John
