My PC decided to go on a lockout shutdown and no matter how many buttons I pushed, I could not get it fired up.
I called Kody for help and he walked me through the issues and remotely fixed the problems over the phone.
He was very knowledgeable and patient with a complete novice like myself. I highly recommend him for any computer problems you might have.

Kody has been so helpful and accommodating. I needed to transfer all my emails from one address to another and use the new email for all things. I wanted all my emails in the same spot. Kody worked on all my devices to get them working together and connecting properly. It took several hours over multiple days, but he stuck with it to completion. Cody has been in business for years! Recently he worked on my computer by temporary remote control, I was home and did not have to bring the computer in. He made my slow computer super fast by going through the settings. He really knows what he is doing! He did a great job, I am very happy with the results. He also can fix the inside electronics of computers and laptops.....

Kody Temple was introduced to us by a friend "As her Computer Guy". He has helped us with numerous technical problems. He is unbelievably patient and can figure out our problems even with our incomplete descriptions. He doesn't charge very much at all for what he does. We RECOMMEND Him Highly!

And we don't just have a few big problems once in a while. But we have many problem much of the time. We wrestle mostly with simple things like lost and forgotten passwords. Kody has a real sound mind to be able to see through the noise and get to the problem AND to be able to fix it. We have spent much less money going to Kody than going through Geek Squad of calling all over the place. So far, Kody has come through every time for us. We really appreciate have him on our side when we need help with the computer.

Kody was great. I have been struggling with an almost none functional laptop and he was able to get rid of the malware and other processes that were bogging up the system. He also set up a system backup. I will definitely use him for any of my computer issues. My system was so slow it took longer than anticipated but even with that he charged me based on his initial estimate.
