I recently used Computer Components & Service for laptop diagnosis and repair. Before turning to them for help, I tried a larger competitor of theirs. Not only could the competitor not repair the device, it took them over a week to inform me of this. Jay, with Computer Components & Service, provided exceptional customer service, repaired the device to function properly, and he did so within 24 hours.
This was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company for any IT needs.

Jay Lucas helped revive our old Acer laptop computer with a software upgrade and replacement of a failing hard drive. He also helped us install the current version of MS Office and transition data files to a new HP Windows 11 laptop. All was handled in an efficient timely manner at a reasonable cost. Jay Lucas really should be YOUR computer guy. I called him with a general idea for what I wanted in a system. I probably could have done it myself, but I was just too lazy and I liked the idea of supporting someone local. I gave him a rough idea of what I wanted and he already had a plan before I could finish explaining. He communicated efficiently, turn around was quick and he even came in less than I expected on the price. My experience was fantastic - Jay really should be your computer guy!

I received Jay’s number from an acquaintance at school. I run our businesses from my home office and all of a sudden it crashed. My hard drive was fried so Jay replaced it and was able to restore my backup from an external hard drive for me. Thankful for his quick response and work. He was able to get me back up and running within a few days. Highly recommend!

Jay has been fantastic for my family and my business. Three years ago he built a home computer for us that is working perfectly today. He has also rebuilt three laptops for my physical therapy business putting in solid state drives and now they are all working better than they did when new.
