The costumer service is amazing always they are there for me.

My daughter’s dance studio uses this software and I’m not a fan of it. It’s not very user friendly. I don’t suggest using the site on mobile. It’s hard to read. Use it on desktop. The app doesn’t work if you use dark mode on your iPhone because the app isn’t set up to adjust from day to dark modes. It whites out all the words. I also can’t remove my ACH info. It’s got old bank info and I refuse to put new info in. I prefer to pay my invoices in advance and sometimes I need the flexibility to use a different account or card. I’ve contacted the studio and they say it’s up to compudance to fix it. I’ve contacted them and they say the opposite. So I have to make absolutely sure I pay invoices in advance or get a hefty returned funds fee. I hope in their next update the fix the dark mode issue and maybe add a view invoices tab so I don’t have to click make a payment to view what’s due. And please let users remove or decline ACH automatic withdrawal.

I love using Compudance to manage the studio! It is very user friendly, so easy to navigate and I can search quickly to get access to all types of information in the system. Sending out emails to students, classes and groups, scheduling privates and brush-ups and keeping up with student attendance are only a few of the many tasks that I can take care of quickly and efficiently. It's so great to have everything at my fingertips!

As a teacher I use Compudance Software on many interfaces,They are also quick to add features to the program to make it easier every day. Communication with my dancers has become so much easier! Tracking everything from tuition, to costume sizes, communication, dancer data, parent portals, payments, inventory class schedules, events.......... There truly is a new function every day that I learn to use. Love it!

Compudance is an awesome Software because I’m allowed to take attendance in the classroom right from an iPad.

Parents can register online and have quick easy access to their invoices.

Compudance is always making updates to keep the software running to the best of it ability! Definitely recommend it!

Just started working at a dance studio and using CompuDance.This software was a breeze learning all the class listings, online registration, calendar etc. It's so great and a useful tool to see a view of what's happening in the studio that day. I just started to learn the text messaging part of the software and our families love it. If you want something easy to learn, this is the software to check out.

I love Compudance and how they continually improve their site. My parents love the partial feature using their credit cards! The staff is ALWAYS so willing to help me with any issues I have making it much easier to invoice, message, etc. my families!

I love using this system. It is so user friendly. I am able to take my own class attendance while im teaching right on my laptop or even on my phone! Another great feature is I can receive text updates. The company is always making new enhancements to their system! I would recommend this program to anyone.
