I was shocked to speak with TJ after being referred by a friend and seeing positive reviews. However, he refused to even quote the job of repairing my Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 - citing that they were "basically glued together." I had the OEM part in hand and tried to explain how easy it would be. The part is the entire top half of the laptop and simply required 4 plug-in connections, 2 hinges, and some technology knowledge - no glue whatsoever, so I have no idea the source of his misconceptions. He wouldn't listen to me, though, shut me down, and turned away my business. Complete Computing isn't very complete, I'd say. I took my laptop and the part to CPR and had it repaired while I waited, instead.

Free estimates!!! They are extremely knowledgeable and a respectful staff that has anything you could need and are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would highly recommend Gary for your Apple related goods, he is wonderful. My only complaint is the price can be quite high, especially when I, while not the expert, do know almost exactly what I'm doing and it would have been nice to work something out instead of having to purchase my own hardware and do it myself. Regardless, would highly recommend to a close friend for any issues they had regarding their hardware or software!

I botched the display port cable in an iMac while updating the internal drive. Took it in: received prompt assessment of repair and costs. Received constant updates on progress of repair (main delay was waiting on part). Cost was quite reasonable.

Overall I was well-pleased with the experience. I will happily use them again.

Going on a couple years ago my Toshiba Laptop crashed. I took it in to Complete Computing and TJ was the tech that worked on it. They found that the motherboard was fried. So they ordered a new motherboard, installed it, turned on the computer, and the new motherboard instantly fried as well. So then they dug into what was happening and found that the BIOS was corrupted. The only other tech who had been in my computer before that was a remote login tech from Brother. We highly suspect it was the Brother tech that uploaded the wrong BIOS, and that was what corrupted it, but there was nothing we could prove, and Brother refused to reimburse me for a new computer. Anyway, TJ said that it would probably be cheaper at this point for me to buy a new computer, and so I bought HP Laptop at Best Buy for about $220. TJ did not charge me one penny for them trying to help me, even though the new motherboard got fried in the process, and I thought that was pretty darn nice of him and Complete Computing, because they probably had to eat the cost of that new motherboard. Also, anytime I call with a question, TJ has always been very willing to help me over the phone with any problem I have, and at no charge, and most importantly he does not make me feel that he is in a rush to get me off the phone and he takes all the time necessary to explain things to me. They are the ONLY computer shop I will trust. Thank you, TJ and Complete Computing. You guys are awesome!

If I could give a 0 then I would. Worst service I could ever imagine. After having my computer for 3 weeks at their "shop" while waiting for a power cable the sorely technician informed be that he could not fix a simple DC jack. I called another computer place and they were able to order the part in 2 days and fix the issue the same day.
