Cynthia is rude and instead of giving you facts or laws, she will tell you her own opinion and tell you what you “have” to do. Just be careful because she told me that I needed to do something that I found out could get me into a lot of trouble and get my son taken away. She also tried telling me that my ex has rights to MY daughter which is not his daughter in any way shape or form. She wouldn’t allow me to schedule an appt with Erin even though the one time I spoke to Erin she told me I could call any time with questions. It’s not worth your time or trouble in my opinion. Oh I also just left my husband, hadn’t been working because we traveled for his work, no money and they denied me for assistance because they didn’t have the recourses to help.... even though he is abusive and there is a restraining order and more. Hopefully they are more help to everyone els though. Good luck

They are not helpful at all. Their “attorneys” only give advice but don’t care about all the facts. They pick one issue and only give “advice”. Your time is better spent either calling lawyers until you find one in your price range or saving money until you can find a real lawyer. Waste of time and resolve nothing.

A joke! Attorneys only help people that have money to give them they just put in there time in barely to fit there quotas. I give up on these so called laws they should say two exist two laws one for the average citizens and other laws for the rich they just place a call and everything goes away. They Also pay for degrees what I have learned over life it’s absolutely sickening! 😥🤮

I can see NOTHING has changed here! No return calls. Nothing. They're not even open I've been to this office here in La junta twice in a week and it's never open .

Ineffective, no help at all! As you can see most reviews are negative about help from these people. If they are receiving state funds they should give it back! Because they don't earn it but being the state that will never happen!
