My son feels proud of his progress. The whole process from a parent's perspective is smooth and easy. The director is so welcoming and cheerful. We leave each session with smiles on our faces.

The sensei teachers are wonderful with my 9 yo son. They even allow him to listen to music while he's working, which helps him tune out things around him and really focus on his current task at hand. The advancement through the belts also keeps him excited and looking forward to moving through advancement and mastery of the materials.

So the instructors are excellent and friendly. The issue I have is communication and issues with payments/refunds. Don’t call or email and expect a prompt response, if any, to your issues.
