Neil has been super helpful and reliable fixing my computer before school starts. I got a really expensive MacBook Pro when I started college 3 years ago and to get it fixed by apple I might as well have bought a new laptop. But Neil got it done in 3 days for a much more reasonable price for a college kid on a budget. I would recommend this guy to my grandpa he is a reliable and trustworthy individual who's great at fixing computers. When I first called Neil he was very kind on the phone and was quick to assure me not to worry about needing a new laptop and that he could take care of it. He told me to swing by the office and he could get a better look at the problem. When I got to his office he was very pleasant and assured me he would call with a diagnosis shortly. He then gave me an estimate and I was happy to have my laptop in good hands. I got a phone call the next morning reassuring what the Apple techs found and gave me a far more reasonable estimate for the work. I had my laptop dropped off by Neil which was extremely helpful during a busy workweek. Neil was great at communicating and reassuring me that everything would get fixed and be alright. I felt taken care of from the moment I called Neil.

If you have any computer problems, this is the place to go. Found through Yelp and swore by him, he fixed his computer pretty quickly. A few months later, I took my laptop in for repair and he fixed my whole problem. He was able to recover my files and then transfer my old data into my new computer. Neil is very reliable, knowledgeable, and super nice. Will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of computer repairs.

I want to thank Neil at Coastside Computer Repair/ Bay Area Computer Repairs - Pacifica, CA. He was recommended by a friend who used him before. I needed advice on buying a good laser jet printer that would have an overall low maintenance cost which means cheaper toner and drum cartridges. I also needed a small capable printer that can fax and print multiple PDF training manuals (25+ pages each) with ease. Neil told me about the Brother MFC-L2750 series printers. He own’s one himself and researches the best equipment to buy for the money. He made the whole process simple; he ordered me the printer and set it up with both my work & home laptop. He downloaded the COMPLETE drivers instead of the limited version that we all normally download. I had no idea. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the printer. On top of that, we ordered an extra set of toner cartridges so I can have at the ready. Very smart guy. Highly recommended.
