We have been working with CloudBeds for almost two years now. We were looking for a product that was versatile and easy to use in order to replace our server system with one in the cloud. We couldn't be any happier. It took us a couple of days to migrate to the new software, and once it is set up, it's very easy to work with. They have excellent support service, and they keep improving the software with suggestions from the users. The complete package is one of the best-value products in the market. Look no further, you won't be disappointed.

An amazing, well-equipped platform that takes off the weight of having to worry every second about the control of our hotel/inn and allows us to spend more time creating and innovating. I would certainly recommend it to anyone out there looking to having time and commodity in their hands. Its effectiveness is absurd and most importantly they're really there to help you if anything should come up at anytime.

Terrible! I have had so many problems with cloudbeds since I signed up. I manage 7 properties. It was supposed to make my life easier "one stop shop" they said. 24/7 customer support. LIES! First they gave me a price quote for the 7 properties, then after I signed the contract (which they sent in spanish and I dont read spanish), they put number of properties in tiny print of 3. They said the price they gave me was for 3 and I clearly showed them the screen shots that is said 7. They refused and it wasnt until I have do go through 2 different supervisors they honored the deal. 2.) They dont have enough onboarding coaches, so they take forever to get your properties listed. They schedule you with 15-45 minute intervals and there is no way you can go through everything in that amount of time. 3.) There is no cell phone app, so when you are on the go and need to update something you have to load the webpage from your phone, which would be fine if you actually had access to everything or at least to update calendar and prices, but you dont. So, I've lost several clients because I cannot update the prices on the go. 4.) no customer support LIES. They say they have live representatives 24 /7 they dont. No phone support, no chat support not even from your online account through cloudbeds.
Point is dont sign up for cloudbeds, look for another provider, which I will be doing also.

We purchased the Green Palm Inn in Savannah Georgia, and needed a new website and booking system. The bnbwebsites group and Cloudbeds worked from the start with us, and helped us integrate both sites into a simple to use and easy to navigate system for our guests. The Cloudbeds system allows us as innkeepers to easily track reservations and payments. It integrated into third party booking sites and payment services seamlessly. The team are always available to assist and answer any questions. They have made this side of the business very clean and easy to use. Highly recommended.

Beware! They will say anything to lead you into the contract with promises of help and what they are going to have available but haven't yet figured out. Don't expect to import anything unless you are willing to spend hours doing it yourself. They lead you to believe they will help, then only to lay it on that it isn't their responsibility to import but you suddenly need to figure out their programming, which commas to put in which spaces to indicate rates or their terms to fit into their system is virtually impossible. I tried spent several hours and several sessions with several reps without any success beyond promises. Worst of the worst is their gracious, open and willingness to help sentiments don't fall from the finance department tree, they will hook you for everything and consider the contract breached because they have their system online for you. If you're too stupid to install it then you're still obligated. I never had any part successfully or completely set up and they charged me the first month which a representative tried to push back knowing when you pay for something you get nothing from you dissolve all trust with them. They are gracious enough then not to charge the entire year for their contract that they never fulfilled their end of the promises to help get setup and only charged 3 mos of the year as a cancellation fee for something never set up, available or used at all. Not to mention the time and efforts put into attempting to do the setup the way they think it should go. They are beyond the clouds, maybe heading in a good direction but if you go into this with their terms be warned it won't be their fault only yours and you'll pay regardless. This was not a first attempt but was dumber than the first when the contract was pushed but discovering not all the features they want are not actually working but rather in the process.. it's only a good dream and hopeful thinking. Run your business on that and you'll be left in the dust. Good luck if you get hooked in and check the reports at the BBB before you get into bed with these cloud blowers.

Excellent interface, helpful tech support, extremely reasonable rates. We keep getting cold calls to change but no one else offers anything close to Cloudbeds. Very glad we chose to use them.

I have found this product to be young yet fully robust and competent in its functions.I have had no downtime ,except scheduled maintenance, for the myallocator channel manager versus my previous software.they have instituted a suggestion board and have actively moved on the suggestions. The cloudbed team does not just sit back, they are moving forward consistently and diligently. I thank Casey Ward for my demo, he did a great job. I am now 1 year with Cloudbeds and the last release was quite excellent! This software will work for you,it certainly works for me.
