I came in right around 1 year ago for pain in my left ear and the beginning stages of minimal pain in my right one. My first impression was that the place looked really clean and I loved that. I came in, got checked in and the process overall was super smooth. We get to the consult and they tell me it looks like I have an infection in my ear so they wanted to take a sample for further analysis. The results are supposed to come back in about 4 days. I left and gave them a 5 star review (which was honestly very high for the bare minimum) The 3 days pass and they asked me to come on in for my follow up visit, I come in and there’s no results that have came in yet. I end up coming again and it’s the same thing again. Fast forward to now, I started feeling a mild pain in my ear again. As a precautionary measure, I decide to come on in and get it checked. They take my vitals and ask me to take a pregnancy test since I haven’t had a menstrual cycle in years (mind you, I’ve already explained my medical history to them before so it was ridiculous for them to ask me to take one when I know there’s absolutely no chance of me being pregnant) this already is triggering because you’re asking someone that can’t have children to take a $30 pregnancy test. I questioned it and the nurse just said “it’s our policy” Well where was this policy when I came in a year ago? Anyways, fast forward to today- I have decided to transfer to someone in network with my insurance and they told me that due to HIPAA laws they can’t give me my own records. I filled out a form and they said they would reach me back if they can release them to me but it will take days. Please avoid this clinic.

I highly recommend this place. The staff is kind professional and caring. I didn't have insurance at the time of my visit and in my shopping around for an affordable clinic I was recommend this location. By far the best prices around. What I loved most about my visit was the genuine care they had for me and my situation. Five stars all the way ✨️ 💛 👌

They were very patient and took their time to explain anything I had questions on. They were all very attentive and not to mention bilingual. It’s always great to find female doctors who speak English and Spanish. Definitely recommend, muy buena experiencia.

I loved this office, will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my family. The doctor is great and the staff is very friendly. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. They explained everything that was going to happened during my visit. If I could give it more stars I would.
