The customer service is pretty poor, they make you feel that they are bother by your questions and make feel very uncomfortable by the attitude like you are not welcome, when I ask about the IV information and the said so fast that I didn’t know what was the information when I asked for some more information so I can read and decided which IV would take she was a mad she just replied “ I just told the information why would you like to read it”, be careful what kind of services you will go to use this clinic but they don’t look like they are reliable

I was treated by a very professional and caring staff and received the highest level of care. In particular I noticed that the staff was concerned about my waiting time and was approached and reinsured that it was a matter of minutes before I would be seen and treated by a professional.

Horrible customer service! Receptionist was rude and automatically assumed I had high cholesterol due to my weight. Which was incorrect! Also male nurse who examined me was very rude and claimed that I had to return for a prescription the following day and a follow up because according to him all pharmacy’s close at 7pm. If I’m looking for a clinic today Sunday is because the pain is unbearable and I cannot wait till the next day to come back just so you can charge me again. Everything at this clinic was about how to make money of my illness instead of working on their customer service! Will never be returning.
