I'm so happy with my visit! I went today because I could tell I had an ear infection, I don't have insurance and I knew they were reasonably priced. I also knew they predominantly spoke Spanish and I only know English...it was a lady at the desk and a lady Dr and both did great at using the English they knew and when we couldn't understand each other, they used a translator on their phone. It worked just fine! They were super sweet. I got a couple shots and they called my prescriptions in...couldn't have asked for a better visit.

I recommend this clinic 1000%. Just by consulting me, the doctor knew about my problem and prescribed medications that helped me heal. Very professional since they explained the treatment and the cost to me. (there was no hidden fees like other clinic) and the consultation was $20 dollar. Good prices for people without insurance! The nurse was very sweet and she was always helping. I would definitely go back.

Best clinic I have ever been to in Pasadena and it’s not even close. I was feeling under the weather and the staff treated me very well and made me feel comfortable from the very start. My family and I will only be attending here from now on.

This doctor should not be seeing women patients or patients at all. I went in to get checked for a throat infection, & as usual check up with the stethoscope but this man pulled my top forward very exaggerated to where he could see my whole bra and the top of my breasts. & even placed the stethoscope on top of my inner breast.
To me this was very unprofessional. & definitely talked to upper management.

Front off staff was so rude she rolled her eyes huffed and puffed as i continued to ask questions about their pricing. Prices are over the top not realistic thats how they try to wheel you in im glad i was able to find another clinic down the road that gave excellent service prompt nice staff and was true to the pricing they were advertising i would avoid this place

BEWARE THIS IS AN ILLEGAL PRACTICE! !! This place is horrible! !! They prey off of the desperate who have no insurance or have an illegal status. There is a male nurse who is extremely rude! Also the "Doctor " who checks you IS NOT LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS!!! THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A "INFORMED CONSENT ON TELEMEDICINE" FORM DO NOT SIGN!! THIS IS BECAUSE HE IS NOT LICENSED HE USES ANOTHER LICENSED DOCTOR TO VIDEO CHAT AND HE IS THE ONE WHO DIAGNOSIS YOU BUT WILL NOT BE THERE WILL NOT EXAMINE YOU.
