My husband and I have been regular customers of Clarke Computers since we moved here in 2006. They have been our go to place whenever we have needed assistance. We bought our desktop from Clarke Computers and most recently my laptop from them. Chris is the owner and he is absolutely great. When I had trouble with my laptop connecting to our wifi Chris came to my home and spent at least two hours resolving the issue which he did. He only charged me for one hour of work! His prices are very reasonable and his work is always very thorough. If you need any type of computer assistance, I strongly recommend Clarke Computers.

Went in to get my laptop cleaned out due to how hot it was getting plus fps drops when playing games on it.

They cleaned my fans, reapplied thermal paste and helped optimize my pc by closing down a bunch of programs that were running in the background. They recommended me a cooling pad of Amazon and offered to help come up with more solutions for the heating issue if that didn't help.

Super nice and professional, eager to give advice and make sure their customers are getting the most out of their machines, definitely recommend and will be going to them for any PC related questions / issues in the future.

Bought the basics to get me started and took the parts into Clarke Computers because I had heard great word about them. Isaac got me set up within a couple hours and gaming by the end of the day. Walked into a place with blaring music and a very unprofessional look. Spoke with Issaac, got "sort of a price" and left the unit. Called back late Monday, "it's got a problem with the software and can't get in, we need a Microsoft password." We knew we had a software problem and didn't understand why he didn't call me asking a "few more questions"? Picked up the unit and took it elsewhere. Would not recommend Clarke.

I just do not write reviews but I just must for this amazing place.Clarke Computers is amazing. What a find. They have a local feel as they are personal and clearly do a personal best. They have a real professional feel as they ARE highly skilled and work quickly and do it right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable as they always do more than they charge for. They WILL not let your computer leave their shop until they demonstrate how it has been fixed. Each time I have had to use them, my computer feels brand new as they clean it up both inside and out and it runs so very "smartly" when I get it home. Top notch place for ALL computer issues and questions.
