These individuals don't believe people go through hard times. They literally turn off peoples light bills when they know -35 wind chill is ccoming.they are disgusting. They think they're better than everyone else. It's disgusting how they treat the people of Lamar. You guys go without power when it's-35 wind chill. It'll make you think twice about doing it to other people.
