Hooray! I just received notice that my patent was approved! The entire process took a year. Marin Cionca and his team were excellent. They were knowledgeable, supportive, thoughtful. They met their deadlines. When the examiner initially rejected key aspects of the claim, Marin gave me several choices on how to proceed. I chose the most aggressive path, to get the most valuable claims. We had an interview with the examiner, and Marin convinced him of the worthiness of the claims. We succeeded! Hooray!
