Run away! Do not waste your time or money with CIENCE. We were oversold and they underdelivered at every step. Our first account manager left before we were onboarded. When we were reassigned to another person, we had to start onboarding over delaying our start time. Their account management team is all offshored, their SDR calling leads on our behalf could barely speak English and was clearly new to the position, the contact lists were so far off the audience we were targeting and when they were finally able to provide a decent list, they said they would have to charge us more for the custom list creation. They managed to eek out 2 first meetings in the 4-5 months we were with them. After the first that we had a campaign active, they tried to double the price we were paying while they were completely underperforming. Terrible company.

Oversold, under delivered. There was constant turnover with our team at CIENCE resulting in many wasted hours of us training, and re-training their team to sell our services. Their customer portal is super slow. When we were finally able to listen to some of their outbound call recordings, we were appalled that they were using none of the messaging we had coached them on. CIENCE also promised LinkedIn outreach, but that would happen in bursts only after we reminded them to do so after our bi-weekly calls. CIENCE also promised web landing pages, but they did nothing more than steal graphics from our website and copy / paste blurbs from out website. CIENCE was never able to show us where our ads were being shown either This was a total waste of close to $90,000 over a year. (We were stupid and renewed after the first 6 months.)

Do not do business with this Company. They provide 0 results in 6 months and were unwilling to refund money for Services not rendered for an additional 6 months to rectify a fair solution. In my 30 years in business, I have never worked with an unethical company to this level of professionalism and lack of care. Vince Heaton and Rene Colbar refused to do the right thing and no reputable company would be comfortable delivering 0 results for 6 solid months and not refund the remaining 6 months. Stay Away from them and do not waste your money on their inability to deliver Services.

Terrible company! I inquired to them, and they assumed EXACT opposite of what I needed. If they can't even handle a good, hot lead that's delivered to them, how can one expect them to provide good leads for your company? They can't even handle their own leads properly! So glad that Bruno showed hus true colors and saved me a lot of time, money and grief with a company that doesn't even "assume the sale" on their own, good, direct leads!!! Why gamble with a sales company that doesn't even follow the first rule of sales? That being, assume the sale. Which they did not.
Save your time and money, and go with a different company. I plan on doing that and growing my national franchise or chain.
I'll update the review with a link to my chain after we open the 3rd location so you can see the growth between now and then, of which Cience isn't going to have any part of it!
Why would anyone consider a lead generation company that doesn't "assume the sale?"

specializes in B2B lead generation, my intention was to convey that we
typically work with businesses seeking leads from other businesses,
rather than individuals.

Given that a resort usually caters to individual consumers (B2C), I
initially thought our services might not be the best fit for your
specific needs. However, I understand now that your resort may have
unique requirements that could benefit from B2B lead generation, and I
regret any implication otherwise.

Sorry Bruno! Too late now and now the public can see your groveling after not following the #1 rule of sales, which is "assume the sale."

Worst purchase our company has ever made. Completely over sold by Cience. Over 7 months in to 1 year contract we are tracking for 2-4 appointments (on the high end) for the entire year. Then this database you’re promises is not scrubbed and full of errors and bounce backs, and if used can get your company blacklisted. Overall a total scam for a very significant amount of money.

They are amazing! It was actually kind of simple. They asked for details on the exact type of customer we were looking to reach out to. Once we gave them that info, they tailored a list of prospects that fit the criteria to a tee. We were impressed with the details in the messaging and the level of personalization added. They kept us with the whole campaign via weekly calls and updates. So worth the money. We'll be looking to renew for sure!
