Thanks god there is a place called “Chicago eye consultant” where seniors get quality eye care. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere and the very attentive staff makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. My wife has seen Dr Weiss for a few years and I’ve recently started seeing Dr Jacob’s, They are two of the excellent professionals at the center.
Thanks to the staff at Chicago eye consultant for such an excellent service.🙏

I saw Dr. Amde, retinal specialist at Chicago Eye Consultants and it was a very positive experience. He was very thorough and carefully explained everything. Also kindness goes a long way and I felt that from the reception to the assistants to the doctor. Thank you for being kind and efficient.

This place is 👍. Everyone is well, trained professionals. They take care of you very well, and they absolutely know what they’re doing. They have to because they’re dealing with our eyes.
I am scheduled to have cataract surgery soon, and will let everyone know how it turns out.

My eye dr scheduled the appointment for me. Upon arrival I was put in a room and had drops put in my eyes. Then sat there for approximately 2.5 hours when I walked out and asked if i was forgotten about and then was questioned why I was there. No one had any of my documents, no one knew anythjng, had to call my eye dr to send over the documents again that she had faxed and had the confirmation the day they scheduled my appointment. (Could I really schedule an appointment with a retina specialist just because I felt like it? According to them yes I can 🤣) Dr finally came in, spent around 15 mins with me said everything looked fine to him and I left. Got a bill for $484 before insurance, one of the charges included a new patient eye exam. I'm confused as to why I'm being charged. Trying to get ahold of their billing department is a joke. After weeks of calling the receptionist finally took my info and the billing dept sent me to collections after I was emailing disputing the eye exam fee for $353. The collection agency called me with a different account # and charges submitted to them were for $579.43. Charges were $272 after insurance so where did the other $307 come from 🤔

Stay away from this place. They are a joke. Over billing, scamming, wasting people's times as well.

Up until today, my experience had been positive. I had a 10:15 appointment for a follow up on laser surgery. I waited almost 2 hours for a follow up that took less then 10 minutes. Had I been late to my appointment I would have not been seen and charged $35. UNACCEPTABLE. My "time" is just as valuable to me as it is to the staff and physicians. A.wait time of 30-45 minutes is acceptable, but almost 2 hours... Needless to say, I will not be returning. Furthermore, I will never make an appointment with "any" Healthcare provider that can't guarantee a wait time of less then 1 hour. Scheduling and staffing should be carefully coordinated so incidents like this never be common place. Shows a lack of consideration and greed!

The doctors, techs, and staff at Chicago Eye Consultants are knowledgeable and professional. I always feel confident in their hands. The only complaint I’ve ever had was about long wait times. Today I had an early appointment and was in and out in 40 minutes. I strongly recommend Chicago Eye Consultants for quality eye care.

Omg! An over TWO hours in the waiting room! This is the longest wait we have ever waited in any Doctors office! I would suggest to anyone who has an Appointment to Cancel it and go elsewhere! The exam is really good but it is so poorly managed! When I left they absent minded forgot to give me my prescription! Sad! The place has really gone done hill! Have been going to the practice for over 30 year's! I will not be back! 😞
