I was refused access inside the gas station due to having a service animal. The workers were very rude and aggressive toward my dog and me. We can avoid aggressive encounters, If the workers would approach the situation more politely and kindly.

Goofy gas station. It was clean. They keep all the straws and lids to the cups behind the counter you have to pay before they give it to you which means you have to carry a uncovered drink around the store. They also keep all of the condiments behind the counter. I wonder if they have a problem with theft and so that's why they hide those things.

There's still doing masks on the employees and they got a lot of plexiglass around the counter.

They seem nice. The reviews from two years ago makes it sound like they were a little eccentric with their policies. Didn't have any problem using the bathroom.

Decent enough place most of the time. But they like to close both restrooms down for over a half hour in the middle of the day just to clean them. Absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous to do so. After driving over two hours non stop I wanna be able to use the restroom. Won’t be giving them any of my money again.

I was on my way from Phoenix to Denver and stopped at this store for coffee and a snack. A great bunch of ladies waited on me and I went on my way (nothing notable).
Two hundred miles later I realized that I didn’t have my phone. I had left it in one of the stalls in the men’s bathroom. Today when you lose your phone you’re out of a lot more than the inability to make a call. I made what I thought was a small prayer and an angel answered. Her name is Elaine, she’s the manager/owner of what I now refer to as “my gas station in Arizona”.
Elaine took it upon herself to track me down and return it to me ( that’s the short version because it took a week and several steps to make it all happen).
Thanks again Elaine, you’re my stop along the way. Oh yeah…My Angel too.

I like Chevron gas, it's the best. Unfortunately, the people that work at this particular Chevron are the worst. I recommend another gas station in Kayenta over this one. I DO NOT recommend. They shut me out of the bathroom right as I was walking up to the door. And my wife and daughters had to ask for the employee to let them out of the bathroom blockade, even though they had just walked past her and she knew they needed to be let out, but she went into the bathroom to start cleaning instead.

This gas station is the worst station I’ve ever purchased from. I regret giving them any money at all. They would not allow my 3 year old (who was wearing a mask and following all guidelines) inside to use the restroom. An angry worker yelled at me as I opened the door and screamed “only people 16 years or older are allowed inside”, then she physically pushed me out of the doorway. I then had to take my young child back to the car so that I could drive somewhere else to take him to the restroom. I had to go inside to pay for my gasoline and while I was inside the store, they decided to close the entire store at 11:38am. The doors were locked and I asked the cashier to please let me out, she told me to “calm down” and that she would let me out in a minute. No social distancing and very rude staff. Also, children should be able to use the restroom (this was not a casino or anything unusual). Please avoid this store!

We will never stop at this gas station again and I regret giving them any business. We stopped today to get gas, get coffee, and use the restroom. I was standing in line, wearing a mask, and social distancing, as was everyone else waiting. Some lady, who needs a lesson in kindness, literally ordered us out of the building. I can understand having COVID protocols in place but she came screaming at us as if the building was on fire and we needed to evacuate ASAP. There were no signs telling us we couldn’t wait for the bathroom and had I known she was going to make us wait outside in the road, we would have gone somewhere else. Completely ridiculous to treat your paying customers like this.
