Champion has been taking care of all our HVAC needs for the past six years, and if we could award them more than five stars for honesty and reliability, and value, we would! They’ve saved the day with immediate response when older equipment needed repair, installed new cost efficient solutions, and treated us like family every step of the way. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them.

First, I want to say that I never post reviews, but Mike and his team did such a great job that I I felt it was necessary. Our issue with our AC started a year ago. We initially went with another company and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable and professional, but tried to upsell us every step of the way.

Went with Champion and Ramon came out on a Saturday! If you want someone professional, knowledgeable, takes time to answer your questions with out all the upselling, Ramon is your guy! That day we elected to just have the refrigerant refilled, but a year later when our AC gave out we knew Champion was our to go!

Mike was professional, helpful, thorough in his explanations and provided several options and estimates. He responded timely and he and his team came out on a Saturday in 120 degree heat to install our new system! When there was an issue with the new AC system that was ordered, he negotiated with the contracting company and advocated on our behalf. Don't go anywhere else!

Champion installed our new A/C system 2 years ago. They offered the best price and best financing. They put it in on our roof in August on a hot hot Palm Springs summer day!!! The workmen were all pleasant, professionals and they have serviced the new unit in the same manner. I wish all tradesmen were half as good. They never leave any debris and there's no evidence they were here when they're done.

Joey is a very professional & knowledgeable HVAC technician. He is well organized and his communication skills are outstanding.
After accessing what work needs to be performed, he goes to great length to explain the repair/installation to the customer so all questions are answered and agreed to. Joey then without hesitation proceeds to complete the job to everyone's satisfaction.
We have personally told the staff at Champion HVAC that in the future, we only want Joey to perform the work on our HVAC system. He is a very valuable asset to us as a HVAC expert!

Champion HVAC came for our first semi annual check and maintenance today. Tech called to let us know he was on his way. Friendly and knowledgeable. This will be a comfort to know our system will be looked after to avoid downtime when we arrive in the fall. Highly recommend!!

Arrived in PS to ac not working. Called around and everyone said at least a day to get appointment. Used google to text 3 different places that offered text messaging from search results, very cool. Champion HVAC called within an hour and set up appointment. Ramon text prior to arrival and was at our place by 9:30 that same day. We had tried all the suggestions on google search to self-fix but nothing worked. Ramon did a system check and found the compressor was not starting. He added a unit to kick start the compressor and it kicked on right away. Very professional and quick to respond. He gave advice on how to maintain rental ac and told us about annual maintenance package that was very reasonable. Thanks for saving us, Ramon and Champion. Much appreciated!

Mike Ley and his team at Champion Air are trustworthy and exceptional about HVAC installs. We talked to several other companies and decided on Champion Air based on the thoroughness of Mike’s assessment of our 1988 system. They changed out the whole system in one day and left everything in pristine condition. We now have a more efficient system with rebates soon to come.
