I’ve had such a great experience at this clinic! The doctors are fantastic – no matter the specialization, they really take the time to listen and make you feel cared for. Booking appointments (or even rescheduling) is super easy, which is such a relief when life gets busy. The front desk staff is amazing too – they’re so friendly and helpful, and they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Everything about the clinic feels well-organized and professional, but also really warm and approachable.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any doctor and any company. They don’t answer the phone. They’re rude. They’re completely unprofessional. I was running late— I did the due diligence of calling OVER 5 times. Still no one picked up. When I arrived 1 minute passed the grace period, without even saying hello they immediately told me “we’re not going to assist you today.” Although I showed them the call log of the numerous phone calls I made to notify them of my lateness they completely ignored it and told them “they understand but the Dr won’t see you” which then made me uncomfortable bc even if the doctor made an exception, now I know he/she was holding resentment for my tardiness. Meanwhile, the grace period is 15 minutes and I arrived at 3:15 on the dot.

They didn’t call to see where I was, didn’t call me back after leaving 2 voicemails, nothing. I took a sick day to attend my appointment that I waited to have for over 3 months for them to cancel so quickly. They showed zero empathy and although I completely understand that I was in the wrong for BEING LATE, they handled it extremely poorly and completely refused to take into accountability that NOT ONE of them answered the phone over the past 3 hours of notifying them of my tardiness. Never ever will I suggest this place, or will I ever go there again. Waste of time and their rudeness was beyond.

Also it seems like every single bad review of this place has to do with the front desk and every time there’s a bad review the follow up remark by century medical is: “we don’t have you in our records” completely dismissing the horrendous service the front desk provided, gaslighting them and making outsider believe those are fake reviews. I can assure you: mine is not fake.
