We are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with the copier we are stuck with. We've been told by Anthony that he is working on replacing it, but it's been MONTHS. Signing with these guys before seeing the copier in action was a HUGE mistake. Our copier's nick name is "Slow-Mo". People que's form waiting for the thing to process the work, it's a new meeting/nap place. IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! WARNING: BUYER BEWARE - TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!!

Wade Collins is very friendly and informative Account Manager. We have been working with him for over 4 years now, he is very attentive and quick to resolve our issues or by sending a technician if needed. He has great follow up service to ensure that our copiers are always running efficiently. It makes my job easier knowing I can trust he will fix the problem at hand without needing to continuously make sure it gets completed. I would certainly recommend Complete Document Solutions.

I have been a client of Complete Document Solutions for over 15 years and have only positive comments about this company. They have longevity with their employees ....the salesman, Roman, with whom I signed my lease years ago remains with CDS and has serviced our office impeccably. Whenever there was an issue, and there were few, Roman was easily reached and solved our problem immediately.
Supplies were easily obtained and on-site service was readily available.

The lease on our old copier/printer was about to expire at the office. We had just begun to research options to replace the system we have when Mark reached out to introduce himself. Great timing aside, we found Mark and Anthony to be a great team who worked to understand our needs and our budget. They offered a printing and copy solution that worked within both parameters. The process of establishing a new lease, swapping out our old machine for the new one, and getting our church office up and running on a new system was painless. The Xerox unit we have today meets all our needs. Customer support has been great about training and answering questions as needed while we got up and running. Grateful for the great experience.
