Carlos is very nice and efficient. He fixed my PC that had been bricked for a few years. Quality work and good pricing I would recommend going to him if you need any services he can provide you. He’s the best of the best in the AV. Will be going back if I run into anymore issues in the future 👍🏻

I was so nervous when my Apple desktop started to freeze and refused to save. C-Cat Computers worked on immediately and I received a little class on why my computer was failing. C-cat computers was a great experience my pc was not turning on and Carlos is a quick technician he found out quickly it was my power supply and my 4 fans burnt out so that same day I grabbed the power supply at bestbuy and he changed my power supply and wires that same day, he’s very professional and a very nice and honest person 💯

I am very disappointed, I communicated in a respectful manner and this shop was very disrespectful. They got so upset so fast when mentioning getting money back. If you advertise no fix no charge and you still charge people. That is not fair and false advertising. This business does not seem to care about helping people they just want to get paid. Well, that's my experience.
