I had trouble when I called and they wouldn't tell me time frame or price for a service until after the service was provided but no biggie, I wasn't in a rush. But what makes me not go back is when they messed up an order, printed the wrong thing and then when presented with the passed email with friendly asking for a reprint they made me pay for my reprint despite them being in the wrong. So sad, I wanted to continue to be a repeat customer.

We needed a house plan print done and I phoned C&C & spoke with one of the owners. She told me to email her the document and she would print it & have it ready. My computer froze, so I didn't get the email to her right away & she phoned me back to make sure I had her correct email address. Talk about customer service! That goes above & beyond! When I got there my print was ready and I was greeted by the other owner who was friendly & very helpful. Thank you for bringing this much needed service to Paradise. So nice not to have to drive to the next town for prints. I highly recommend C&C Prints.
