I was at a loss as to what do do when my home computer crashed. Called C&C Computer Repair and Craig was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the first phone call. Dropped my computer off to him within a day he diagnosed the problem and told me for what it would cost I could buy a new one. Bought a new computer dropped it off to C&C so he could set it up and transfer my files from the old computer. Personable and friendly service at a reasonable price. Thank you Craig for taking such good care of me and my computer! I highly recommend!

C & C Computer Designs was amazing! I had had a problem with my laptop. This was the first time I had to look for a computer person. My nephew usually does it, but he can't anymore. I was very nervous trying to find someone. You hear horror stories of how they rip you off. I came across C & C and read his reviews. I was impressed with how everyone loved C & C customer service. Well all I can say is they were right. Craig was very helpful and went out of his way to take care of my needs. Unfortunately my computer had crashed. Craig suggested to get a new one and he would take everything from the old computer and transfer it to the new one. He was very fair on price and helped me to feel comfortable about the whole experience. I would highly recommend C & C Computer Design to everyone! You will not be sorry!

I did some searching for a technician to repair my PC that would not open and that I was unable to rectify myself. I called Craig after reviewing his site. I took it to Craig and he worked on it immediately, explaining what he would do thru the process. He repaired my PC and went beyond what I expected. He is without a doubt the most qualified and an expert in his profession. I highly recommend you call him.

Patience, determination and complete trust!! Windows 10 would not update on our Gateway and caused complete havoc. Craig tried to diagnose the problems several times and spent countless hours on hold and talking to Microsoft. He gave me work-arounds while we waited for Microsoft to provide a fix, which they never could. Finally we had to replace the computer. Once Craig was on the case, I never had extended downtime or lost any data. He was available for help every time I needed it. I was thrilled to see my new computer start up with all my shortcuts and customization. Thankfully the only thing missing was the blasted message of Windows wanting to update every 45 mins. His prices are more than fair. Thank you Craig.

Craig did an excellent job on helping me with my laptop. I had weird pop ups and viruses; I called Craig and it was the best decision I could've made. Within an hour he cleaned my computer remotely, without me having to leave the house. Now its running like a new machine. Don't ignore the pop ups on your laptop-give Craig a call and he'll get you straight.

I took my desktop computer that would not boot up to Craig, He opened the unit up right away and explained everything he was doing. Craig ordered a new Motherboard and installed it the next day. After booting up my computer he saw my file system was corrupted and my hard drive had errors. He cloned my hard drive and installed a solid state hard drive as my main drive and reformatted my original drive and set that up as my backup drive. I walked out of Craig's shop with what amounts to be a new computer for a lot less than what I would have paid for a new PC. If I have any problems with any of my computers Craig will be my first call.

Hands down the best place to get your computer fixed in South Jersey. This guy knows everything when it comes to knowledge about computers. When he was fixing mine, he even taught me a lot about how a computer operates and even gave me tips about life due to me being a young individual. He did not have to do any of that at all. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs help with anything computer related or just advice in general!

Craig solved my computer problem immediately, over the phone, and this was the 1st time I ever called him! So nice! I was so impressed with him that my husband & I took 2 laptops right into his shop for cleaning & updating. Can't wait to get them back!
