I was in pain and unsure of what was going on when I came here. However, I left there feeling better, and knowing exactly what was going on and how to find out more should I need it. My provider, Nissy Simon, NP, was amazing. She was very thorough and knowledgeable of my condition, and knew exactly how to treat it.

Bravo to her, and her amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable MA and future nurse, Dani! The entire team was awesome Bravo! I arrived at 7:20 PM, and was out of there by closing, 8 PM. I truly thank all of the staff over at HCA's CareNow, they made my urgent care experience truly one to remember.

The CareNow midtown location was amazing. Ms. Keri was very informational at the front desk and helped me better understand the forms. Mrs. Lillian was extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable and didn’t have any concerns. Lastly Dr. Yang was beyond careful with me and made sure I wasn’t in too much pain during my stitches. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this location.

This quit possibly the best Urgent Care in Houston and surrounding areas. I’ve come here several times due to being the weekend or unable to get into a doctor. They are always friendly, caring and take time to listen. Super clean and quick in and out.

I was in and out in less than an hour. The care team here was incredibly helpful and kind. They made me feel so comfortable and listened to my blabbing.
The first 2 ladies, I encountered after my name was called were great! I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The receptionist and nurse were amazing, I just did not feel comfortable or felt like I was noticed by the doctor. I would like my money back but that won’t happen. I came in because I’ve been sick, she did not notice I had swollen tonsils. I left with only a doctors note for the days. I truly feel like I payed a lot of money just to be given a doctors note for 1 day out of work. I eventually had to go to my primary doctor where they noticed I did have a throat affection and I need to stay away from people for a couple of days. I do not recommend this place to anyone

While visiting Houston from California, i suffered a sinus attack due to allergies. CareNow Urgent Care was closets to my to my location vis GPS.. Because I am from out of state.They could not accept my insurance. I was told I had to pay for the visit. .Paying up front for the office visit while I had insurance did not sit well with me.
However, the professionalism, the caring and courtesy I received from everyone I came in contact with from receptionist to medical assistant to doctor,
was overwhelming!
I received the medical attention I very much needed.
And as I exit, I was compelled to let the receptionists know how pleasant my visit to their urgent care was. So many times you go into an urgent care facility and made to feel like you're just a number.
That was not the case, at CareNow urgent care.

The always are there to provide the care I need when I can't get in with my primary doctor. Today Barbara K. at the front desk was genuinely professional and knowledgeable. Tatiana was great as well. She has a very steady hand. Nurse Joan was great as well.
