I came in and the lady at the front took forever to check me in. You have to put in all your information, take a photo of your insurance o stead of them simply scanning it in, basically the lady in the front does nothing but collect the co payment. I was the only one in the office in the waiting area at the time and I waited for a good 20 minutes just for her to verify my insurance and get me checked in to go to the back. Not fast pace at all. Not a good place to go to if you are needing urgent care. The nurse came in and seen me. She was very polite and made it short and simple.

The entire staff including Dr. Hayden were all extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
I will definitely be continuing my care at this location when needed! The best Patient Care facility I’ve ever been to! 10/10 would recommend!

This really was a sham. I brought my mother in law who was having internal bleeding and black blood in her stool for 24 hours. She had stomach pain and was vomiting. Aside from vitals, nothing was done other than making us wait for 45 minutes after the PA saw her for a prescription for ulcer medication? No blood work, no stool sample, not a thing. We did not see a Doctor, we saw a PA and he was less than helpful. He barely touched her abdomen and I’m sure that was just to stay he examined her. We were told to go see her Gastro (we surely would have if we were not afraid of her bleeding and concerned about her condition and didn’t need immediate attention).
My husband is a Physician at HCA and I was surely disappointed in the level of care we received and hope he would never leave a patient unattended and in the dark like this. Last time at Care Now for sure.

Everything was great except the sign in part. Not everyone should be expected to be able to scan things to enter information.
Had to have help to do it. I am a very capable person, able to do things for my self. Having to dictate my personal information to someone else was ridiculous.

My husband sustained a laceration just above his eye and we thought he might need stitches. We were checked in quickly and he was seen by a PA. After a rather long wait while an assistant had an antiseptic gauze applied to the wound, the PA applied an adhesive and steri strips to close it. We were sent home with instructions for wound care. All in all, we were there for about an hour and a half and were pleased with their service.

Charged me $180 out of pocket with insurance. I'm like okay... Now they send me an additional bill in the mail for $89. They didn't even do anything for my daughter. They just quickly glanced at her and did absolutely nothing. I had to beg the doctor who saw her to give her something as he stood kinda far from her and just looked at her and said he didn't know what was wrong with her. After begging for a few minutes he finally gave her a prescription for stomach cramps. Hand on heart I honestly feel like it's not right and to be charged another $89 2 weeks after the visit is just wrong especially after bad service. I'm really not one to complain but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

I brought in a pre-completed document
To just be scanned. With ALL the information needed for the appt (a company paid drug screen).
Yet, I had to still fill out numerous information on an ipad...then the SAME
Redundant information with a pen on a clipboard. That extra 20 minutes was a waste of time. My company does not slect your site to have all that done.

Should have scanned the document, all the information was populated on the front desk employee...and should have shown my I.D. and then peed in a cup.

Horrible waste of time... I was the 1st one in line at 8am....I wasn't seen until
0830. Why the long wait.
