The doctor care was really exceptional. Good bedside manner and care, staff was courteous. The wait time to be called back was slightly over 3 hours, though to be fair there were numerous people in the waiting room when I arrived. My previous visit a few months ago was swift; in and out within an hour. I appreciate their service. I would definitely return in the future because of their good care and in hopes of less wait time. Thank you.

The doctor care was really exceptional. Good bedside manner and care, staff was courteous. Stephanie in the front desk was so very patient, kind and helpful! She has such a sweet tone which makes you feel like she’s there to help you in anyway she can. She’s always saying please, thank you very polite. Made me feel at ease when I came in to check in for my visit. You can tell she makes everything run smoothly ! I hope her managers know they have a great employee and whatever she’s getting paid she deserves more ! Thank you Stephanie you’re doing an excellent job!

Worst urgent care visit. Front desk staff curt and unhelpful. When I saw the PA she did not listen to what I was saying. She asked me why I didn't go to my primary doc. I was not able to get in for 2 weeks. Then she tried to refer me to a different dr rather than help me. She prescribed 3 meds none of which were helpful. Again, not listening to the patient!

The staff and the doctors were very friendly and very understanding, what was going on with my right shoulder? And my left leg. Give me some antibiotics for it, and it's the medicine for the inflame flammatory in the shoulder. And gave me some good home exercise to use it. A getting better mobility in my shoulder. I surely recommend them to anybody a very short weight, not very long in and out fast

Dr Fernandez was awesome! I did have to wait 2.5 hrs. A lot of young people coming after me went in before me. I had extremely high blood pressure so I am not sure if they had more of an emergency, so I will give 5 stars because of the doctor I saw not the receptionist

So, having to sign in and type in everything yourself while you’re under the weather is definitely a man’s worst nightmare. What’s the purpose of the lady at the front? Oh, yeah to run your credit card. Cause I had to enter my own information own insurance. Everything short of verifying it. They were only seeing one person at a time they have limited space and limited staff. Entirely too slow of a process and not much was done. Too bad my usual place shut down. I’ll be looking elsewhere again. Thanks.

I showed up to this urgent care clinic because it's owned/partly owned by my employer HCA. Was told by the black lady at the front desk who had her badge turned around that they couldn't treat my infected tooth, I only went there because the dental office couldn't get me in today, they told me to go to urgent care and that urgent care will give me antibiotics. She was not even polite in turning me away. Waste of time, money, swollen and in pain

People are very nice but save yourself some time and money. The PA misdiagnosed me and caused me to have to spend a lot more money getting the right diagnosis. Expensive visit especially to get a wrong diagnosis! Had to follow up with my real PCP to get accurate diagnosis. Flu test was negative but still treated me for the flu while i had an infection and had fever for 5 days straight while taking tamiflu!! Turned out it was a bad sinus infection! Got an anti biotic and feeling better now!!
