After being with my childhood dentist for over 15 years, I was hesitant to make a switch—but my beautiful wife recommended Canyon Lake Dental Office, and I’m so glad I listened. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Jessica at the front desk is incredibly warm, professional, and organized. She made the check-in process smooth and even helped me navigate some insurance questions with ease. Her friendly energy immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Tuttle is truly an exceptional dentist who genuinely cares about her patients and is all about preventative care over reactive treatment. She treated a filling before it cracked, performed a smooth and efficient root canal, and when I experienced pain afterward, she scheduled me the same day for a treated emergency and resolved it right away before I headed out on vacation. That kind of responsiveness and compassion is rare in healthcare, and truly appreciative!

Even when a deep cleaning wasn’t urgently needed, Dr. Tuttle recommended it to help prevent future issues—and I genuinely appreciate how proactive she is when it comes to my long-term oral health. She doesn’t just fix problems—she helps you avoid them.

I had an extremely uncomfortable and concerning experience as a new patient at this dental office. After completing the intake forms, I was brought to an X-ray area that offered zero privacy — I was fully visible from the lobby, which felt like a clear violation of basic patient confidentiality.

Things became even more troubling once I was in the exam chair. My blood pressure was taken with a low-grade, store-brand machine, which seemed odd and unprofessional for a dental setting. When the dentist arrived, instead of focusing on my dental health, she began commenting on my nasal passages, diagnosed me with a tongue and lip tie (something I’ve never heard from any prior provider), and pushed a laser procedure on me without explanation of need or medical evidence.

She also touched my neck and chest while telling me I needed a CPAP machine — a device typically prescribed by sleep specialists or ENTs, not general dentists. Then she began aggressively pushing weight loss medications, offering to send me a purchase link herself.

The most alarming part was being told I needed a root canal on a tooth that has never given me any issues, simply because my insurance would cover it. When I declined and requested a standard cleaning, I was told they would not perform the cleaning unless I agreed to the root canal.

This office blurred ethical and professional boundaries, pressured me into unrelated treatments, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking safe, respectful, and appropriate dental care

My upper and lower teeth has never been aligned all my life. My lower teeth should be moved a little forward for it to be aligned with my upper teeth. Dr. Tuttle put braces on my lower teeth, I just had the braces for 2 weeks and I feel the difference already. It not only helped align my teeth but also helped me sleep better at night. My son read that this procedure also helped people with sleep apnea like me, he suggested that I read more about it. It is true, I used to wake up in the middle of the night, I feel like I am choking but so far it is not happening since I had the braces I just wanted to Thank Dr. Tuttle and her staff for taking good care of me all the time. They have the best equipment and best staff.

We would highly recommend Canyon Lake Dental, and Dr. Tuttle to everyone! We’ve had nothing But great experiences with both dental and optometry. My five year-old son is currently going through expanders and headgear to grow his upper jaw to correct his underbite. I have done Invisalign and tongue type procedure and couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome of both the look in the feel of my teeth and bite. They are also very affordable and Never added in any additional cost for any upkeep and appointments during the process of my Invisalign and my son’s expander. Dr. Tuttle and her staff are always very happy and polite and I always have a good time whenever I’m there!

I called every dentist place for an emergency extraction and Canyon Hills Dentalwas the ONLY Dental office that took me in the same day.Dr. Tuttle took me in and I came in with a completely decayed broken tooth, i ignored it act like i was okay for months to the point I was coughing up blood and bleeding from my nose. I had a sinus infection and my eye was in pain I had a fever the whole week I had no choice but to get it pulled. She cared for me, treated my fever with antibiotics and ibuprofen, provided me oxygen because I was lightheaded and not feeling good because I had a sinus infection in my tooth.She mad sure she wasn’t hurting me when she did any injection she was kind and professional and smart and caring. Exactly what you need in a doctor. She provided me antibiotics as soon as I left, I genuinely thank her and her team for caring about me. If I’d recommended any Dental Clinic, go to Canyon Hills Dental they will take care of you.

Dr Tuttle is the best dentist I’ve ever . she fixed all the bad dental work that I had in the past and my gums have never been healthier.She is an expert in pain-free Novacaine injections and my last two root canals were totally pain-free. This is my third visit to this Dental office and the experience is great every time. They listen to what’s going on, give educated advice, have fair prices, and give quick but quality service. And to top it off you get to watch a movie while they work!
