I’m so happy California Digital finally started to request reviews. They should have had over 10k positive reviews if they would have started since I’ve been working with them. My company American Pacific Mortgage in Pomona California has been working with California Digital for over 15 +years . We started with one machine & now they service several. For us the difference is always superior service. With so much automation these days it’s nice to be able to get a live person like Christina on the phone without pushing a million options to get help. Also whenever a machine breaks down or malfunctions, which happens often they are quickly out to service our machines the same day or next day. Downtime for any business means can be very costly but knowing Sergio or Jesse are assigned to our service call, I can rest assure my printing dilemmas will always be handled & I can focus other areas of my business. They both give me the peace of mind I need and for that I’m very grateful & will highly recommend them.

Had to call for some technical support for our company printer. Jesse was a massive help for me, he took his time explaining every step over the phone to help me trouble shoot my problem. We ended up resolving the issue. Even though this was a 10+ minute phone call, his customer service held strong, he didn't sound annoyed or frustrated even though we had to repeat steps.
