They were audited this year by the State of Alabama. They never return phone calls. I turned in my tax forms to them on 25 March 24 and my taxes have not been filed.

This company assured me on the phone they had filed an extension for me, even after I gave them everything in JANUARY! They did not, and we have been left with a penalty of almost $3,000! We waited until late May and finally gave up on this company and went to someone else, but at that point it was too late and we got a penalty. This company is rude, dishonest, and uncaring.
