i went here for two pending matters (employment law, and Child Custody) The intake process was long they asked my income, and some other questions.
The first paralegal that contacted me only she can say to me "when you have a court date let me know and i will have a packet prepare for you" and that was the extent of the phone call. The organization as a whole seems REALLY REALLY DISORGANIZED!

Second phone call i received was from an "attorney" i was not convinced she was an attorney on how she handled herself or how she was speaking.
I told her i had a court date and need representation more than anything and she stated to me "well you have to go to the courts for that" "WE DO NOT DO THAT" ok so why did you spend an hour of my time on the phone only to tell me that. I did not need "legal advice" What is the point of asking someone their income, "legal advice" is free. I will go with a private attorney since they seem like they know what they are doing. A true DISGRACE !

I have never had an attorney that is so dedicated in getting things done! Atty Johnson Tyler is capable of going well beyond legal obstacles for his clients and he does well in doing so. (This is the kind of guy I'd vote for if he were in politics.) Brooklyn Legal Services is also the best I've had the privilege in working with. Keep up the good work. Spoke to the receptionist and she was very dismissive about my concerns. I never even made it passed her to an actual lawyer because in her expert opinion I didn't have a case. Very disgusted by her careless attitude toward a serious issue.
