Honest Review!
1. Making an appointment with the receptionist was difficult. She was rude and not friendly.
2. I was quoted $150 for tax preparation for my husband and myself. I also found a $25 discount code in the main website for $25 off. We were charged $250 with "$25 discount code." Never did we get informed by receptionist when making an appointment that they charged you an extra 3.25% to pay with a credit card for tax preparation service.
3. I always check reviews any time I try a new location, I was very impressed with 5 star reviews. We'll let me tell you, it's a lie don't fall for it. The reason they have 5 star reviews it because they offer you a bag and plastic water bottle in return for a review before you leave. Seriously! First and last time.

Great customer service and great tax work! Brenda & Celene have always been so nice and helpful in preparing my taxes! A great place to go to that offers DMV work, any type of insurance and income tax. I definitely recommend coming here for the yearly taxes.
