Upgrading a TV to a for Sony 95L included shopping on line and in person.I chose Bravo AV Home Theater due to the fact that they are a preferred Sony dealership and had excellent reviews. Jack Kelly was my salesperson, he was informative and helpful reinforcing my choice. My price was less than what I was quoted at Best Buy with a much more personalized experience.
Installation was easy and efficient. Albert and Diego were pleasant and efficient. Albert was very knowledgeable facilitating an easy process.

I can’t tell you the number of times I have texted Albert for basic information since a set up/maintenance visit last summer, and he has been able to walk me through simple fixes, saving me time and money. I’d highly recommend Bravo AV for any home entertainment or sound systems. Ive now hired Bravo AV to install ceiling speakers throughout my house, a TV surround sound entertainment system, outdoor speakers for my backyard, and most recently an outdoor TV setup. None of these projects were simple or cut and dry, but they pulled them off beautifully. I’ve worked closely with Jack and Albert and they’ve made sure each of the projects was done perfectly, no corners cut. They’ve gone the extra mile to hook my house up and I’ll be using them for whatever I decide to do next.

One delightful surprise was discovering that Tom also offers beautiful recessed lights, which completely transformed the room's ambiance. I highly recommend Tom and his team at Bravo AV. They provided a great design with top-notch gear, all installed to perfection.
